Kathleen M. Pascazi, LMT 
Kathleen, a former Spa owner with a client following from Westchester to Dutchess County, is a graduate of the Hudson Valley School of Massage Therapy, in New Paltz, NY. She is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. Kathleen performs all types of massage, including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Medical, MLD, Pre & Post Natal, and Hot Stone. Kathleen is also a Reiki practitioner, who performs reflexology, and ear candling. She is the mother of 3 children, and a grandmother to 1 baby girl. Kathleen has been described as having a nurturing personality, and a healing touch.

Patricia Holtz, L.Ac. has been licensed to practice acupuncture since 1998. She regularly takes continuing education classes to enhance her skills and knowledge & enable her to better care for her clients. Her scope of practice includes herbal medicine & flower essences. She has apprenticed with renowned western herbalists and authors: Matthew Wood, William LeSassier, Pam Montgomery, Robin Rose Bennett.

Carissa Cullen, Reiki Master
Carissa is a trained and Certified Reiki Master in the Usui Reiki Natural System of Healing. She incorporates the energy healing practice of Reiki into all aspects of her life, personally and professionally. Carissa's presence puts her clients at ease, and those who receive Reiki from her commonly experience very pleasing and powerful benefits.  She is dedicated to helping others with any aspect of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.  Carissa's healing experience has proven how Reiki is such a fantastic technique for promoting self-healing, comfort, deep relaxation, balance and well-being on all levels, at any age. She also teaches Hypnobabies at the InnerLight Movement Studio.

Ajamu James Ayinde, M.A., A.C.H. 

Ajamu has been a certified Medical Hypnotherapist since 1996. A former high school history teacher, he holds a B.A. in Asian Studies (Trinity College) emphasizing Performing Arts and Multicultural Education. His M.A. in Motivational Psychology (Huntington Pacific University) was based on a study of the peak performance strategies of professional and Olympic level athletes.

Ajamu graduated from the first Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Trainer class in 1998 which was taught by the late Allen Chips at the ARE Center in VA Beach. As a Trainer for the NATH and the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, Ajamu has taught all over the US and earned certifications in the various styles and applications of hypnotherapy including: Clinical, Medical, Ericksonian, Alchemical, Addictions, Sports, Childbirth and more.

Ajamu was born in the Bronx, NY and has lived in the Hudson Valley for nine years. “I am most passionate about helping children to learn and people struggling with cancer. For those who do not have a pressing health challenge, hypnotherapy and coaching can help you move from feeling stuck, frozen or blocked to a new place of power and possibility.”

Ajamu was the 2012 NATH Outstanding Transpersonal Contribution award winner and the 2004 IACT Therapist of the Year.

Under the direction of Michael Stein of Ashtanga of New Paltz, Kraig earned his Yoga Teacher Certification with the goal of helping others achieve wellness through yoga.  While still recovering from numerous sports-related traumas and debilitating injuries to his spine, he found yoga to be the answer to both physical and mental traumas we sustain.

Carissa Cullen, Hypnobabies Childbirth Education Classes (6-week series)
Carissa is a trained and certified Hypnobabies® Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor. Hypno-Doula and an experienced Hypno-Mommy. She believes that a comprehensive childbirth education, paired with Hypnobabies childbirth hypnosis techniques make a great cornerstone in anyone's birth preparation process. Carissa finds this course to be compatible with many different birth philosophies, and incredibly helpful to the birth partners, too.  Carissa's birth philosophy is one that incorporates the importance of balance on all levels, and following your body and your intuition. Carissa's students enter their birthing time with a strong trust that whichever path the birthing takes, it's the right one for Mom and Baby. Classes are held at the InnerLight Movement Studio. Carissa also offers Reiki at the InnerLight Spa.

Michelle Hoffay Harris - CYT

Abby Nathanson- Abby Nathanson earned her Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certification from the Center for Yoga of Seattle, a school that teaches in the Iyengar method of hatha yoga with a grounding in precise alignment and using props to find the ideal pose for . Abby loves to welcome others to healing and heartening through the delightful practice of yoga, whether by playfully flowing to eclectic music mixes or carefully analyzing triangle pose. She graduated from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie where she studied Sociology and Africana Studies. Abby directs EPIC, a program for high school student leaders in Northeast Dutchess County, and also coordinates Women's Power Space, an initiative for women's empowerment and yoga in the City of Poughkeepsie. Tina Reilly - CYT
Tina has been a lifelong advocate of health and fitness.  But it wasn't until she took a yoga class at a gym that she began to appreciate the power in moving mindfully.  The realization was profound.  Tina embarked on her 200-hour teacher training journey at Satya Yoga Center in Rhinebeck in 2015 with the intention of deepening her practice.  The experience was life-changing in all the right ways, including creating some very special friendships, and it turned her love of movement into a passion for genuine connection.  She continues to learn and take workshops whenever possible.  Tina's philosophy begins with honoring the sacred space on her mat.  From here she believes in practicing ahimsa (non-harm) especially toward Self.

  Reshkiga - Belly Dance
Reshkiga has been belly dancing 8 over years and loves to continue to learn and explore. She draws inspiration from all forms of belly dance and has adopted a fusion style with elements of tribal, cabaret, and theatrical as well as elements of modern dance. She has enjoyed a range of performance opportunities from dancing at to stage productions.
As a reflection of she has experienced within   she will be teaching an open level class to bring together dancers of all shapes, and abilities. Each class a short choreography will be taught and adapted to the needs of the individual. Movements will range from the slow and sensuous to dramatic, fast paced and flirty. She looks forward to sharing the workout, artistry and fun the dance offers to all!

 Shari - Belly Dance
Shari attended her first belly dance class over 10 years and falls more in love with the art form as each day passes. She has been fortunate enough to study the best instructors in the world - Suhaila and Jamila Salimpour.  The Salimpour formats have given her an extremely well-rounded education in Middle Eastern dance, from precise technique and emotional perspective  to music theory, and cultural representation. She is passionate to learn all she can and advance through the Salimpour School of Belly Dance, where she currently holds Level 2 certifications in both the Suhaila and Jamila and has recently been invited to join Bal Anat, founded by Jamila in 1968 and now directed by Suhaila Salimpour.

Lourdes Cruz - Ballroom, Salsa & Latin, Tango, East & West Coast Swing
She has a 13 dance major, and over 15 years experience teaching social and competitive dance.  She is kind and energetic and has experience working individually and in groups with children and adults of all ages.  Together with her partners, Ian Cameron (Head Instructor at A.Q.M.A.I.), and John Derick Co (Senior Latin Blackpool Champion 2005) they teach with the understanding that each dance starts by learning to root your steps and in time developing the ability to lead and follow with ease and poise. Each class is approached with fun and ease in mind and carefully allows each student to build on their strengths. Classes benefit from the instructors' dedication to dance and family, as well as their extensive knowledge of other dance forms and body mechanics.

Karen Abramson 
Karen Abramson completed Yoga Teacher Training with the combined teaching team of Michael Stein and Ami Hirschstein at YogAlive! in New Paltz, New York. The course of study included training and testing Anatomy, Alignment, Asana,
Communication, Pranayama, Sanskrit, Philosophy, Class Sequencing, Meditation,
Comparative Teachings and Hands On Adjustments. Karen is a Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Registered Teacher and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Karen's teaching style is generally vinyasa, offering the dance of yoga where one pose flows gracefully to the next, allowing the student an opportunity to connect with their inner voice. Karen also offers a weekly chair yoga therapy class for physically challenged students. ~ (845) 559-7428

Debra -Clegg- Qigong
She has studied energy work extensively since 1980 with Delores Krieger, RN,   (former Professor of Nursing at NYU)  and Dora Kunz, (internationally known healer), both founders of Therapeutic Touch system. She has created weekend workshops at Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center. The workshop- "Rest your soul, Renew your spirit", is now in its 8th year.

Richard Clegg - Qigong
He has been involved with eastern study for most of his adult life. He has a masters rank in Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do, with 30 years of practice.
Both Richard and Debra have spent over 7 weeks in China on several trips with their Qigong teacher Michael Winn, and also several weeks with Mantak Chia in China and here in the USA. Their time in China was learning Qigong and also doing Daoist longevity cultivation in the caves above Huashan with the Zheng Yi Daoist Monk - Stone of Perfection. They have studied Qigong together for 16 years.  They teach it locally and abroad offering workshops, classes and weekend retreats. they are also graduates of Donna Karan's  Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program in NYC. They are medical Qigong Practitioners, with a local office.  Their Medical Qigong studies have been with Lisa and Dean of the International Institute of medical Qigong.
