Kraig with a 'K' - Certified Yoga Teacher and Spa Reconstructionist Under the direction of Michael Stein of Ashtanga of New Paltz, Kraig earned his Yoga Teacher Certification with the goal of helping others achieve wellness through yoga. He teaches a Warm Vinyasa-style of yoga in which the studio is heated between 80-85 degrees, allowing for the release of toxins and the ability of each student to go deeper into postures with less risk of injury. His class size is limited to 10 students so that proper attention is paid to each person. Sundays at 12:00pm & Wednesdays at 5:30pm.
