Veronica Renzo - Licensed Massage Therapist
Veronica is a graduate of the Hudson Valley School of Massage Therapy and a member of NCBTMB. She also holds a BA from Marist College. Veronica offers a wonderful combination of therapeutic and treatment massage. She uses her intuition and education to provide her clients with the most effective treatments she can. Veronica is kind and compassionate and treats every client as an individual, giving him or her complete experience for mind, body and soul.

Laura Mortensen - Licensed Massage Therapist/Assistant Manager
Laura graduated from The Center of Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in April 2012. She received her NY State License March 2013. Laura loves using deep tissue massage to help alleviate stress and muscle adhesions. She also enjoys doing energy healing by balancing the chakras of the body, as well as practicing Shiatsu. By blending Western and Eastern theories, Laura brings balance and harmony to each client through mind, body, and soul.

Diane Budds - Licensed Massage Therapist
Diane graduated from the FingerLakes School of Massage, Ithaca NY in 2007,and is a licensed massage therapist in New York State. Diane is also certified in both Reiki and IET (Integrated Energy Therapy®). She utilizes her extensive knowledge in these areas to provide an amazing healing experience. She applies these techniques to heal everything from sciatica to migraines, from back pain to vertigo. Her amazing intuition and sincere concern for her craft allows every client to walk away from their session feeling healed, relaxed and energized.
Carissa Cullen, Reiki Master & Hypnobabies Instructor
Carissa is a trained and Certified Reiki Master serving the Hudson Valley Region of New York. In October 2013, she received her initiation to the Master level of the Usui Reiki Natural System of Healing. She incorporates the energy healing practice of Reiki into all aspects of her life, personally and professionally. Carissa's presence puts her clients at ease, and those who receive Reiki from her commonly experience very pleasing and powerful benefits. She is dedicated to helping others with any aspect of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Carissa's healing experience has proven, time and again, how Reiki is such a fantastic technique for promoting self-healing, comfort, deep relaxation, balance and well-being on all levels, at any age. Stephanie is a 2012 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a Holistic Health Coach. She is dedicated to the belief that the world can be a happy, healthy place, and that health comes from more than just what we eat. Stephanie wishes for her fellow human beings to experience all the joys of a balanced, healthy life. The healthier we are in body, mind & spirit, the better this earth will be for all people. Stephanie's teaching style is relaxed, fun and free of denial and discipline. She loves that she can help people in a meaningful way to improve their health for the long term. She teaches her clients to do the best they can, as often as they can, to love themselves in the process and to just keep moving forward, while shifting their focus to the positive as much as possible. Stephanie teaches from her heart and supports her clients by helping them to eat healthier, breathe deeper, sleep more soundly, play more and live their most authentic life. Kraig with a 'K' - Certified Yoga Teacher and Spa Reconstructionist Under the direction of Michael Stein of Ashtanga of New Paltz, Kraig earned his Yoga Teacher Certification with the goal of helping others achieve wellness through yoga. While still recovering from numerous sports-related traumas and debilitating injuries to his spine, he found yoga to be the answer to repair both physical and mental traumas we sustain.
He teaches a Warm Vinyasa-style of yoga in which the studio is heated between 80-85 degrees, allowing for the release of toxins and the ability of each student to go deeper into postures with less risk of injury. His class size is limited to 10 students so that proper attention is paid to each person. Sundays at 12:00pm & Wednesdays at 5:30pm.
Juliana Machado - A native of Brazil, Juliana moved to New York in 2000 when her yoga journey started. Juliana considers herself to be a lifelong student who is lucky enough to share and teach her lessons learned on this sacred science with all those who wish to receive it. Abby Nathanson- Abby Nathanson earned her Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certification from the Center for Yoga of Seattle, a school that teaches in the Iyengar method of hatha yoga with a grounding in precise alignment and using props to find the ideal pose for every body. Abby loves to welcome others to healing and heartening through the delightful practice of yoga, whether by playfully flowing to eclectic music mixes or carefully analyzing triangle pose. She graduated from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie where she studied Sociology and Africana Studies. Abby directs EPIC, a program for high school student leaders in Northeast Dutchess County, and also coordinates Women's Power Space, an initiative for women's empowerment and yoga in the City of Poughkeepsie. Lisa "Ayleeza" Quattrochi - approaches her dance as the way she lives her life, an expression of her spirit and soul. Ayleeza likes to pass this joy onto her students. She has been training in Middle Eastern dance for 20 yrs, and drumming for 24 yrs. "WESTCHESTER" magazine featured her as a Belly Dance Teacher in April 2006. And she rocked the 2011 Boston Viva La Diva Pageant and won in the "IMPROV SOLO TO LIVE MUSIC" category.
Ayleeza loves to teach movement with gypsy skirt and cane. This is a fun class that is built on group connection and the joy of belly dance.
Reshkiga - Belly Dance
Reshkiga has been belly dancing on and off for 8 years and loves to continue to learn and explore. She draws inspiration from all forms of belly dance and has adopted a fusion style with elements of tribal, cabaret, and theatrical as well as elements of modern dance. She has enjoyed a range of performance opportunities from dancing at festival to stage productions.
As a reflection of the warmth she has experienced within the belly dance community she will be teaching an open level class to bring together dancers of all shapes, ages and abilities. Each class a short choreography will be taught and adapted to the needs of the individual. Movements will range from the slow and sensuous to dramatic, fast paced and flirty. She looks forward to sharing the workout, artistry and fun the dance offers to all!
Shari - Belly Dance
Shari attended her first belly dance class over 10 years ago, and falls more in love with the art form as each day passes. She has been fortunate enough to study from the best instructors in the world - Suhaila and Jamila Salimpour. The Salimpour formats have given her an extremely well-rounded education in Middle Eastern dance, from precise technique and emotional perspective to music theory, history and cultural representation. She is passionate to learn all she can and advance through the Salimpour School of Belly Dance, where she currently holds Level 2 certifications in both the Suhaila and Jamila formats, and has recently been invited to join Bal Anat, founded by Jamila Salimpout in 1968 and now directed by Suhaila Salimpour.
Lourdes Cruz - Adult & Children Dance Instruction
I began teaching social and competitive dance in 1998 at Fred Astaire's Dance Studio. Following several years of competing and coaching, I began exploring the variety of dance and music that encompass Salsa/Mambo. It did not take long to fall hopelessly in love with the richness of the rhythms and freedom for the movement. I currently continue my work at Fred Astaire's Dance Studios where I teach students ages three and up. I recently have begun intensive work on the dynamics of partnership and balance in the various styles of Salsa, Argentine Tango, and West Coast Swing.
Debra Cappock-Clegg- Qigong
She has studied energy work extensively since 1980 with Delores Krieger, RN, Phd (former Professor of Nursing at NYU) and Dora Kunz, (internationally known healer), both founders of Therapeutic Touch system. She has created weekend workshops at Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center. The workshop- "Rest your soul, Renew your spirit", is now in its 8th year.
Richard Clegg - Qigong
He has been involved with eastern study for most of his adult life. He has a 5th degree masters rank in Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do, with 30 years of practice.
Both Richard and Debra have spent over 7 weeks in China on several trips with their Qigong teacher Michael Winn, and also several weeks with Mantak Chia in China and here in the USA. Their time in China was learning Qigong and also doing Daoist longevity cultivation in the caves above Huashan with the Zheng Yi Daoist Monk - Stone of Perfection. They have studied Qigong together for 16 years. They teach it locally and abroad offering workshops, classes and weekend retreats. Additionally they are also graduates of Donna Karan's Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program in NYC. They are medical Qigong Practitioners, with a local office. Their Medical Qigong studies have been with Lisa VanOstrandt, DMQ and Dean of the International Institute of medical Qigong.
