Touch is a universal language. It is one of our first senses in life, and one of the last to fade. There are very few medical conditions that massage cannot be a benefit to. The power of nurturing touch is such an amazing thing that it has been researched and shown to be a necessary component in order for a person to thrive. I am grateful for the ability to help facilitate healing of the mind, body and soul. It is almost magical to me, and it is my passion!

Michelle Hoffay Harris - CYT
Michelle encourages everyone, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience to come to their yoga mat and mindfully integrate movement with breath, reduce stress and increase vitality. Focus on building strength, balance, length and flexibility with Sun Salutations, that move into a Vinyasa Flow Practice. Each class incorporates pranayama (breath work) and foundational poses for proper alignment in all asanas. Depending on class size and levels, explore arm balances, core strengthening, hip openers, twists, backbends and inversions. Every class assimilates mindfulness, while including the depths of a meditation practice. No matter where you are in your Yoga Journey, we invite you to explore the union of your mind, body and spirit.
Jacob Friedman - CYT
Jacob received his 200-hour certification as a Yoga Instructor from Kripalu, where he was deeply inspired by teachers Kari Harendorf and Yoganand Michael Carroll. Jacob's classes provide a non-judgmental environment that is supportive and welcoming to all. Striking just the right balance of stretching and strengthening, challenge and healing, his classes will inspire introspection and connection to your whole self- body, mind, heart, and spirit. Your yoga practice will leave you feeling more alive in the body, more peaceful in the mind, more compassionate and loving towards yourself and those around you.
Jacob feels immense gratitude for the all teachers in his life: yoga teachers; yoga students; friends; perhaps wisest of all his dog Maya; and most especially he is grateful for his parents, for their endless love and support. He remains an eternal student. When not practicing yoga, Jacob may be found wandering in music, playing philosophy, stir-frying a forest or reading vegetables.
