Monday 4:30 pm, Gentle Yoga with Jacob  (any experience level):
Gentle Yoga is a slower paced class, accessible to any level of student, focusing on mindful stretching and strengthening, breath and meditation. Jacob's classes provide a non-judgmental environment that is supportive and welcoming to all.Drop In $15, 5-Class Pass $50

Monday 6:00 pm, Tai Chi with John (845) 240-2850 (any experience level):
In this class, John will teach the Yang 13 Tai Chi form, a short, easy-to-learn form of thirteen movements, repeated in four directions, which contains the essence of longer Tai Chi forms. In this class, John will guide students through mastering the basic movements, and then focus on the internal work which includes gathering, storing, and circulation of energy (Qi) throughout the body. Students will also learn how to use this form as a QiGong, incorporating various techniques to use the energy for self-healing. This form takes only about five minutes to perform, yet charges the whole body and provides numerous health benefits! Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Drop In - $15, 10 class pass - $120, 20 Class pass - $200 (Class passes can be shared with immediate family members.)

Tuesday 10:30 am Essentrics with Deborah Zoie (845) 706-4771 (any experience level): 
Essentrics is a full body workout to music with dynamic strengthening and stretching exercises for toning, slenderizing and muscle building.  Participants will notice an immediate increase in flexibility and a release of tension after each class, improving their posture and range of motion. Stress is released and aches and pains are soothed through the gradual unlocking of the entire body.  Excellent and safe for athletes, seniors and everyone in between. Drop In $15, 5-Class Pass $50

Work at your own pace and learn to test and respect your bodies limitations. Sun Salutations are practiced to warm our bodies and open us up to deeper poses. All levels welcomed

Thursday 5:30pm Beyond the Asana with Michelle (845) 594-8892 (Intermediate): 
All students have an opportunity to modify their yoga practice with props and resting poses. Time is spent working with Sun Salutations, then onto a form of a Vinyasa Flow Practice. Focus on building strength, balance, length and flexibility.  Each class incorporates pranayama (breath work) and foundational poses for proper alignment in all asanas. Depending on class size and levels, explore arm balances, core strengthening, hip openers, twists, backbends and inversions. Every class assimilates mindfulness, while including the depths of a meditation practice. No matter where you are in your Yoga Journey, we invite you to explore the union of your mind, body and spirit.

Qigong Class is for all levels, beginner to seasoned practitioner. There will be seated as well standing low impact movement.  We will explore breath, and the relationship of our body and emotions.  Reducing sadness fear, anxiety, anger and worry, with healing sounds- increasing peace, love and joy. Drop In $10
