No partner needed as there always seems to be lots of handsome men in class! My favorite is swing dance, but ballroom, latin, salsa and belly dance are available as well. Class Descriptions

Monday 4:30, Gentle Yoga with Tina:
Gentle / Beginner Yoga is a slower-paced class where students will learn proper alignment in basic poses.  Use of props to support your practice will be encouraged.  We will explore balance, flexibility, and the connection between movement and breath.  This class is suitable for all levels including those new to yoga and for experienced practitioners seeking more yin. 

Tuesday 10:30am Essentrics with Deborah Zoie 
Essentrics is a full body workout to music with dynamic strengthening and stretching exercises for toning, slenderizing and muscle building.  Participants will notice an immediate increase in flexibility and a release of tension after each class, improving their posture and range of motion. Stress is released and aches and pains are soothed through the gradual unlocking of the entire body.  Excellent and safe for athletes, seniors and everyone in between.

Tuesday 5:30pm, & Saturday 9:00am with Michelle are both Level I/II Classes 
Michelle encourages everyone, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience to come to their yoga mat. All students have an opportunity to modify their yoga practice with props and resting poses.  She mindfully integrates movement with breath. Time is spent working with Sun Salutations, then onto a form of a Vinyasa Flow Practice. Michelle focuses on building strength, balance, length and flexibility.  All the while reducing stress and increasing vitality.  Each class incorporates pranayama (breath work) and foundational poses for proper alignment in all asanas. Depending on class size and levels, Michelle explores arm balances, core strengthening, hip openers, twists, backbends and inversions. Every class assimilates mindfulness, while including the depths of a meditation practice. No matter where you are in your Yoga Journey, Michelle invites you to explore the union of your mind, body and spirit.
